- Flexible working options- Strong opportunities to progress your career- Fantastic work cultureWe are a firm that provides talent counselling and management services.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.- Ensuring use of proper use database and tools to track performance.- Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.- Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.- Enhancing the company's brand awareness and corporate image.- Developing and executing effective PR plans through translating brand and key messages into media concepts and compelling stories.- Leveraging a variety of media channels to maximise the company's brand exposure through interviews, editorials etc.- Building strong and positive relationships with media, influencers and other related parties.- Developing and editing news releases, speeches, articles and other editorial collateral.- Managing an external PR agency.- Analysing and reporting results of PR campaigns &initiatives.- Planning and implementing integrated CRM initiatives to deliver business objectives.- Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and drive any data cleansing activities.- Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximise usage and uptake.- Acting as the main internal contact person for requests/issues pertaining to CRM.- Managing a team of 1-5 people.Ideal Candidate :Skills Required :- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in CRM Manager, Marketing Communications or Public Relations within Financial Services industry.- Experience within Area Sales, would be a strong advantage.- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.- You have strong media relationships across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
