Location: ThanjavurJob Summary:We are looking for a Sales Relationship Manager to work in the Agency Channel for our life insurance business. The role involves building and managing relationships with agents, supporting them in selling insurance products, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/advisors.- Guide agents to promote and sell life insurance products to customers.- Achieve individual and agency sales targets consistently.- Support recruitment and onboarding of new agents.- Conduct product training and joint field calls to assist agents.-Track agent performance and provide regular feedback. - Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.- Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.Requirements:Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).Experience: 2-5 years in sales (preferably life insurance or financial services).- Good communication and relationship-building skills. - Target-driven, proactive, and field-oriented.- Willing to travel locally as part of the job.- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.For More Info : HR Niveda | PH - +91 70164 59919 (ref:updazz.com)
