Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing to join our growing life insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.Roles Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.- Present and promote suitable life insurance products based on client needs.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and referrals.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the manager.- Educate clients about product features, benefits, premium payment terms, and claims procedures.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sales service.Key Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in financial services or insurance.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).- Ability to travel within assigned territory for client meetings and lead generation.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume on : +91 70469 49189 (ref:updazz.com)
