dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM)

to join our growing team in

Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue through

phone calls, emails, and social media marketing

. Engage with

school principals, teachers, and decision-makers

to promote Kids Age Newspaper. Develop and maintain

long-term relationships

with schools and educational institutions. Manage a

robust sales pipeline

through telesales and email campaigns. Handle

customer inquiries, follow-ups, and orders

efficiently. Focus on

client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention

. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and services. Contribute positively to a

motivated and goal-oriented team environment

Key Skills & Requirements

Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills in English. Strong

interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing

abilities. Proficient in

MS Office

and

internet research

. Familiar with

professional email communication and etiquette

.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate

about the education sector. Knowledge of

Tamil language

is an
