Key Roles & Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients- Understand client financial goals, risk profile, and investment preferences- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactionsInvestment Advisory & Portfolio Support:- Provide investment recommendations aligned with client objectives- Assist clients with portfolio construction and asset allocation- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and suggest rebalancing strategies- Explain investment performance and market movements to clientsBusiness Growth & Revenue:- Achieve assigned AUM and revenue targets- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling investment products- Support firm's growth objectives through client acquisition and retentionClient Servicing & Coordination:- Coordinate with research, operations, and compliance teams for seamless service delivery- Ensure timely execution of client transactions and resolution of queries- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and servicingCompliance & Governance:- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance guidelines- Complete client onboarding, KYC, and documentation accurately- Maintain confidentiality of client and firm informationMarket Awareness:- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes- Participate in training programs and internal knowledge-sharing sessions (ref:updazz.com)
