Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Select Relationship Manager to join our Ahmedabad branch. The RM will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net-worth individuals (HNIs) and select clients, providing customized banking solutions to meet their financial needs, and driving business growth through relationship building.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of select clients, including HNIs and affluent individuals.- Understand client financial needs and offer appropriate banking products such as deposits, loans, investment services, and other wealth management solutions.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service and financial advice.- Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets while maintaining high service standards.- Cross-sell bank products and services to enhance client satisfaction and deepen relationships.- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and internal policies.- Coordinate with internal teams like credit, operations, and product for seamless service delivery.- Regularly update clients on new products, financial market trends, and relevant offers.Qualifications:- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Finance, Commerce, Business Administration preferred).- Prior experience of 3-5 years in banking, wealth management, or relationship management, preferably with a focus on select or HNI clients.- Strong knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and investment options.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities.- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
