This role involves managing customer relationships through inbound/outbound calls, focusing on sales or service within the BFSI sector.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally- Promote and cross-sell financial products and services (insurance, mutual funds, NBFCs, etc.)- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly- Maintain quality communication and adhere to call center standardsEligibility Criteria:- Education: 12th Pass/Graduate- Experience: Minimum 2 years of call center experience in the BFSI sector (NBFCs, banks, insurance, mutual funds)- Gender Preference: Female- Communication: Must have English Versant 6 level (good communication skills mandatory)Job Details:- Shift Timing: Day Shift | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM- Working Days: Monday to Saturday- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off- Salary: As per last drawn (Open Bracket)- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (ref:updazz.com)
