About the Role:Rupeek is looking for experienced and customer-focused Relationship Managers - Gold Loan to manage gold loan sourcing, customer acquisition, and relationship handling. The role requires strong expertise in gold appraisal/valuation and end-to-end gold loan operations.Key Responsibilities:- Source and manage gold loan customers through branch walk-ins and referrals- Conduct accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company standards- Explain loan products, interest rates, tenure, and repayment terms to customers- Ensure compliance with KYC, documentation, and regulatory requirements- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business- Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth loan disbursement- Achieve monthly targets for disbursement, revenue, and customer acquisition- Handle customer queries, renewals, and closures efficientlyRequired Skills & Experience:- 1-8 years of experience in Gold Loan / Gold Appraisal / Valuation- Strong knowledge of gold purity testing, weighing, and valuation techniques- Experience with NBFCs, banks, or fintech gold loan businesses preferred- Good communication and customer-handling skills- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with loan processing systemsPreferred Candidate Profile:- Background in gold loan sales, operations, or appraisal- Customer-oriented with a target-driven mindset- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment (ref:updazz.com)
