Roles and Responsibilities: - Finding, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners who align with the company's goals. - Fostering strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. - Providing partners with the resources, training, and support they need to effectively sell the company's products or services. - Monitoring and evaluating channel partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance their sales capabilities. - Setting sales targets and goals for channel partners and providing support to help them achieve them.
