Job description :Job Title : Relationship Manager - SalesExperience Required : 3 to 5 yearsLocation : GurgaonJob Role : The key areas of responsibility are as follows :- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of the organization at the Branch.- Channel management across IFA\'s, National Distributors and Banks- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch- Monitoring the servicing of clients with regard to their payments, redemptions, and specific queriesKnowledge & Essential Skills :- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure healthy shares in the region.- Relationship skills necessary to manage high-end distributors & investors.- In-depth knowledge of the MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)- High Enthusiasm & Aggression- Team Managing Skills- Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skillsAcademics :Minimum Qualification : Full-time Graduation; MBARemarks :- A person with experience in handling IFAs and NDs in terms of large numbers would be preferred.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent (ref:updazz.com)
