Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager - Banks & NDs to drive Mutual Fund sales, manage key partner relationships, and contribute to AUM growth through the banking and national distributor network. The role requires strong relationship skills, product knowledge, and an ability to deliver targeted results across equity, debt, hybrid, and solution-oriented schemes.Responsibilities:- Achieve financial targets and drive profit growth through existing and new premiere relationships.- Manage daily sales activities and use internal tools to grow wallet share of premiere clients.- Lead product placement, new business development, negotiations, and marketing initiatives for Banks & NDs.- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to key premiere clients.- Ensure product mix targets are met and expand market presence.- Strengthen long-term client relationships and deepen market penetration.- Mobilize funds across schemes through Banks & National Distributors.- Educate clients on schemes and convert leads into sales.- Handle sales documentation, data reporting, and coordination for post-sales requirements.- Promote an inclusive, brand-aligned work environment.
