Relationship Manager (RM) - Gold Loan

Profile Summary

Experienced sales professional with 2 years of B2C field sales experience in the BFSI and fintech sectors. Skilled in achieving sales targets, pitching financial products, handling customer objections, and building long-term customer relationships. Fluent in the local language and basic English, with strong communication skills and basic numerical ability. Focused on driving business growth and customer loyalty.

Education

Bachelor's degree required (Graduation)

Experience

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in Gold Loan or related financial products

Must Have

Valid Driving Licence & Two Wheeler Local candidate with fluency in the local language

Key Responsibilities

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads Meet and pitch company offerings to potential customers Build trust by effectively handling customer objections Ensure flawless execution of SOPs while in the field Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Coordinate with the central team to resolve issues in ongoing transactions Share local market insights from the field with the central team

Strong rigor and ability to sell high-involvement financial products in a B2C, target-driven environment High hunger for incentives (validated through past incentive earnings) Strong presentation and professional persona that inspires trust Effective communication skills with fluency in the local language and basic English Basic mathematical and calculation skills

Candidate Persona

Graduate with 2 years of B2C field sales experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Financial Products, or High-Value Low-Volume products Preferably between 25-30 years of age Mandatory driving licence and two-wheeler
