Roles & Responsibilities:

Existing customers ke saath strong relationship maintain karna Sales aur service customers ko regular follow-up calls karna Customer satisfaction ensure karna (pre & post sales/service) Customer complaints aur queries ko handle karna aur timely resolution dena Service reminders, feedback calls aur retention activities karna Customer data update aur CRM records maintain karna Sales, service aur delivery team ke saath coordination karna Loyalty programs, referrals aur repeat business generate karna Customer experience improve karne ke liye initiatives suggest karna

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate / HSC (preferred) Experience: 1-3 years in customer handling / CRM / automobile industry Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Marathi & basic English) Customer-focused aur polite attitude Computer aur CRM ka basic knowledge
