Atelier Insurance broking pvt ltd are seeking energetic and goal-driven Dynamic sales Manager to join our growing team. The role involves promoting our insurance products, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through field activities.

Key Responsibilities: -

Identify and approach potential agents in the assigned territory Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure repeat business and referrals Keep management updated with daily/weekly reports on field activities Stay informed about insurance industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications & Skills:-

Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory) or pursuing graduation Both

freshers and experienced

candidates are welcome. Prior experience in the

insurance/financial services industry

is an advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
