Role Overview:
Relationship Manager - Retail Sales
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive retail sales, build strong customer relationships, and represent the premium experience of Chocovic stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers and ensure premium service experience.
Build long-term customer relationships and improve repeat sales.
Track daily sales, customer feedback, and store performance.
Coordinate with store teams for smooth operations and brand standards.
Requirements:
Graduation preferred with 0-3 years of customer service/retail experience.
Strong communication and people skills.
