Experience Required:

Minimum

1 to 3 years

in Hospitality, Events, Hotels, Nightlife Venues, or Customer Relationship roles.

Handle

qualified enquiries

passed on by the Sales Executives. Proactively engage with

prospects, schedule meetings

, and drive conversions. Secure bookings for the outlet by understanding client needs and

offering suitable packages.

Maintain accurate and real-time records of all interactions in the CRM

system. Work towards achieving the

revenue target of closing 50 percent of screened/qualified leads.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to conduct root cause analysis for

customer issues or sales gaps.

Understanding of

consumer behavior and the psychological aspects of the buying process.

Basic

knowledge of food costing and ability to determine offer pricing to maximize revenue

Tele-Calling Expertise - Ability to handle high event call volumes & convert inquiries into qualified leads

Problem-Solving & Quick Decision Making Event Coordination & Guest Handling Professional Grooming & Positive Attitude

Operate social media platforms including Google My Business (GMB), Instagram, and Facebook for basic updates

Job Responsibilities

Handle

inbound leads from Meta, SMM and other marketing

channels Convert

leads into confirmed bookings

(events, parties, table reservations)

Follow up with potential clients

to maximize booking conversions Coordinate with operations and events teams

Maintain a database of VIP

and regular customers

Attractive incentives

Promote special events, theme nights, and ongoing offers

Prepare daily sales activity reports for management Support marketing and on-ground hospitality activities

Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week
