to join our real estate team. The RM will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, driving property sales/leasing, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the buying or renting process.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property site visits and coordinate with clients and developers/owners.
Manage leads from inquiry to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
Handle negotiations, documentation, and post-sale support.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
Update CRM tools and report progress to the sales head.
Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) for smooth transactions.
Stay updated with market trends, property pricing, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in real estate, financial services, or B2C/B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with local property markets and regulations.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in real estate (residential/commercial).
Fluency in English and [Local Language].
