Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships

with bank partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

Drive insurance sales

via the bank's distribution channels, meeting and exceeding assigned targets.

Provide training and support

to bank staff on insurance products, helping them cross-sell effectively.

Handle customer inquiries

and resolve issues related to insurance products, ensuring high service quality.

Generate leads

from walk-in customers and branch referrals, set up meetings, and close deals.

Prepare and deliver sales reports

and forecasts to management.

Ensure compliance

with regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (any graduate acceptable in many cases).

Experience:

Proven sales experience, preferably in

insurance or banking

. Minimum 6 months to 1 year in BFSI sector preferred.

Age criteria:

Often between 21-38 years.

Pay: ₹208,453.89 - ₹350,000.00 per year
