Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Raise funds through direct marketing and field-based donor engagement Identify, approach and convert potential donors and sponsors Promote the organization's projects and social impact Build and maintain long-term donor relationships Achieve assigned fundraising targets Maintain donor records and submit activity reports Represent the organization in outreach events and campaigns

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred) 2+ years experience in direct marketing, fundraising or sales Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills Willingness to work in the field and meet targets Self-motivated with a passion for social causes

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
