We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product or service solutions. You will play a key role in building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, chat & footfall customers to understand their needs.
Recommend suitable products or services based on customer profiles.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
