Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, onboard new clients (HNI, family offices, institutional)
  • Pitch and close investment solutions across equity, derivatives, PMS, fixed income, AIFs, global equities, unlisted & private deals
  • Understand client goals, risk appetite, financial situation; structure tailored portfolios and advice
  • Cross-sell and deepen wallet share of existing clients
  • Monitor portfolios, provide periodic reviews, performance reporting, rebalancing suggestions
  • Stay updated on market trends, macro / micro developments, regulatory changes; share insights with clients
  • Coordinate with research, operations, legal / compliance teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Hit revenue / AUM targets, track and report pipeline, client metrics, conversions
  • Maintain high levels of client service, retention, and satisfaction; handle escalations
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in wealth management, investment sales, client acquisition, or advisory roles
  • Track record of sourcing and closing deals in equities, alternatives, PMS / AIF, or private markets
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, derivative instruments, fixed income, alternate investments
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target driven, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NISM Certification required
