Position:

Relationship Manager - Franchise Operations/Sales
Preferred Male candidates

Experience Required:

3-6 years (Franchise Management - Sales/ Education / Beauty & Wellness industry preferred)

Note:

Travelling required

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address franchise queries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.

Operational Support & Compliance

Monitor franchise operations to ensure adherence to Orane International's SOPs and brand standards. Assist franchisees in implementing company policies, systems, and operational guidelines. Conduct regular audits and share improvement plans.

Business Growth & Performance Monitoring

Track franchise performance against targets (admissions, revenue, profitability). Provide guidance to improve operational efficiency and business growth. Suggest marketing and promotional strategies to franchise partners.

Training & Development

Coordinate training programs for franchise staff in collaboration with the Training Department. Ensure franchisees are updated with new courses, certifications, and academic guidelines.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and maintain reports on franchise performance, compliance, and operational status. Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, HR, Training, Marketing) for franchise support.

Skills Required

Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Knowledge of franchise business models and operations. Ability to handle conflict and provide quick resolutions. Analytical mindset for performance monitoring and reporting. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
