We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Relationship Manager
to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, retention, upselling/cross-selling financial or business products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate products/services (e.g., banking products, insurance, investment solutions, SaaS solutions depending on industry).
Meet and exceed sales targets and business goals.
Ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction through regular communication.
Provide clients with market insights, investment updates, or product enhancements.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex queries where required.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
