stock broking, mutual funds, PMS, insurance

, and other investment products, handling both

Direct and B2B channels

Key Responsibilities:



Acquire

Direct Clients

and

Business Associates (BA/DSA)

for: Stock Broking Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Mutual Funds Fixed Deposits Insurance Products Meet and exceed

individual sales targets

across all products. Ensure achievement of

Key Result Areas (KRA)

and monthly business acquisition goals. Identify and onboard BAs/DSAs with strong client networks. Conduct

joint sales calls

with BAs and provide on-field sales support. Ensure

activation and revenue generation

through acquired BAs. Maintain strong

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

practices to retain and grow client base. Regularly report performance, client feedback, and market trends to management.

Skills Required:



Strong knowledge of financial products like stock broking, mutual funds, PMS & insurance Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Sales-driven attitude with relationship-building ability Channel sales experience is a plus Good understanding of regulatory compliance and financial advisory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
