will be responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners, ensuring smooth business acquisition, and driving sales of credit life insurance products. The role requires excellent communication, networking, and business development skills to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
Identify and generate leads through in-branch lead generators, existing bank customer databases, and walk-in customers.
2. Needs Analysis & Product Recommendation:
Conduct detailed discussions with customers to understand their financial and life insurance requirements.
Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable life insurance and investment products from the company's product portfolio.
Secure customer agreement to purchase by providing clear product explanations and benefits.
3. Sales Documentation & Policy Processing:
Accurately complete all required sales documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Coordinate the completion of medical reports where required and facilitate timely issuance of policy documents.
Ensure all sales activities are documented correctly in CRM systems.
4. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling Opportunities:
Build a loyal customer base to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional financial products.
Seek referrals from satisfied customers to generate additional prospects.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to support ongoing business development.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
Adhere strictly to the company's sales processes, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, lead status, and customer interactions.
Continuously update knowledge of company products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business/Finance/Management or related field (required).
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in the
Insurance /Sales
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
Prior experience in handling life insurance products is a plus.
Proven track record in business development, client handling, and relationship management.
