Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and manage existing client relationships
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products
Promote products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, or Investments
Maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer retention
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and support teams
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory norms
Monitor portfolio performance and minimize risk
