Job Overview:



We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Relationship Manager to handle end-to-end client management.. This role involves managing assigned leads from first contact to closure and payment coordination, ensuring strong follow-up discipline, clear client communication, accurate documentation, and accountability for results.

The Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal teams, handle proposals and negotiations, and ensure a smooth and professional client experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities



Take complete ownership of assigned leads from first contact to closure and payment coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and execution process. Contact new leads within 24 hours and ensure regular, structured follow-ups. Understand and clearly document client requirements and expectations. Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth proposal sharing and execution support. Prepare and share proposals on time and support negotiations with clients. Address client queries, objections, and concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience. Track lead progress, meetings, proposals, closures, and payments accurately. Follow up with clients for timely payments and coordinate internally for invoicing and collections. Update daily CRM and ensure accurate documentation and weekly reporting.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on experience in sales processes, client handling, and relationship management. Ability to manage end-to-end lead management and meet revenue targets. Basic knowledge of architectural or interior design concepts is an added advantage. Proven ability in follow-ups, payment coordination, and revenue generation. Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team. Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve performance.
