Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

-

Build & maintain strong relationships with customers/clients

Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions

Handle client queries via call / message / in-person

Follow-ups renewals and required documents

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth process

Maintain daily reports and achieve basic assigned targets

Skills Required:-

Good communication - Hindi / English

Customer handling & convincing ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Email / WhatsApp)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,790.82 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
