Key Responsibilities

Forging, executing and maintaining relationships with partners and other associates.


Generation of revenue through promoting our services and encouraging associates to avail them.


Providing inputs and generating ideas for taking forward our relationships with external stakeholders.


Assisting the business growth manager in expanding our reach to maximum external parties.


Providing telephonic support in site visits and site inspection related tasks wherever necessary.

Required Skill Set

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.


Prior experience in business development, client relations, or partnership management preferred.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.


Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive revenue growth.


Ability to generate and implement creative ideas for relationship building.


Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.


Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.


Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player with a proactive approach.
