Job Title: Relationship Manager - Micro Mortgage
Locations: Surat / Varchha / Ankleshwar / Vapi / Silvassa
CTC: Up to 4.2 LPA
Product: Micro Mortgage (Small Ticket Home Loan / LAP)
Role Type: Field Sales | Acquisition + Portfolio
Role Summary
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing Micro Mortgage business in the assigned locations. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and maintaining portfolio quality in affordable and smallticket lending segments.
Key Responsibilities
Source Micro Mortgage business through direct sourcing, referrals, and local market outreach
Build relationships with local builders, brokers, DSAs, and market influencers
Handle endtoend loan processing from sourcing to disbursement
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
Ensure portfolio quality and timely followups with customers
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth case processing
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings
Ensure compliance with credit policy and documentation norms
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Micro Mortgage / Affordable Housing / LAP / HL sales
Strong local market knowledge of Surat, Varchha, Ankleshwar, Vapi, or Silvassa
Good communication and customer handling skills
