Key Responsibilities:

Relationship & Partner Coordination

Act as a single point of contact for banks, fintech partners, and vendors Support partner onboarding, documentation, and communication Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth coordination

Marketing & Campaign Support

Assist in execution of marketing activities for financial products such as loans, payments, and digital banking solutions Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution Track campaign progress, approvals, and deliverables

Operational Follow-ups

Follow up on approvals, compliance clearances, and pending actions Maintain basic MIS reports and trackers (Excel) Ensure timely closure of tasks and resolve coordination gaps

Market & Business Support

Assist with basic market research and competitor tracking Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through coordination activities
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree (Any stream) MBA in Marketing / Finance is an added advantage

Experience

0-3 years of experience Exposure to

Banking / FinTech / NBFC / Financial Services

preferred but not mandatory

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills Comfortable interacting with banks, vendors, and internal teams Strong follow-up and coordination ability Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
