The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable solutions from the company's portfolio of equity, mutual funds, loans, and other financial products. Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Retention
Acquire new clients by identifying potential customers and assessing their financial needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Conduct client meetings to understand goals and recommend appropriate financial products.
Business generation through CPs
Sales and Product Promotion
Promote and sell equity, mutual funds, loans, and other financial products to meet individual and branch sales targets.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Assist clients in portfolio diversification and provide timely investment advice.
Revenue generation through CPs
Customer Service
Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
Provide consistent follow-up and updates to clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and policy changes.
Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on financial products, services, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Share insights and recommend changes to client portfolios based on market performance.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and financial industry standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including transactions and communications.
Submit regular sales and activity reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in financial services, sales, or customer relationship management.
Experience in equity, mutual funds, and loan sales is preferred.
Skills
Strong understanding of equity, mutual funds, loans, and other financial products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
