Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for

Demat and Trading Accounts

through leads, references, and field activities. Guide clients through the

account opening and KYC process

, ensuring compliance with SEBI and company norms. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure

high customer satisfaction and retention

. Assist customers in understanding

Angel One's platforms

(mobile and web), products, and trading tools. Generate revenue by

cross-selling

products such as: Mutual Funds SIPs Insurance Margin trading and derivatives Educate clients about

market trends

, investment options, and trading opportunities. Handle customer queries and provide

timely resolution

for account or platform-related issues. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for

account activation, turnover, and revenue generation

. Ensure

100% compliance

with internal policies, SEBI guidelines, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field. Knowledge of

Demat accounts, stock markets, and financial products

. Strong

communication, presentation, and interpersonal

skills. Ability to meet sales targets and work in a competitive environment.
