Key Responsibilities



Direct Sales:

Actively promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to prospective clients.

Lead Generation:

Generating new leads through various direct channels, including existing customer portfolios and proactive outreach.

Client Needs Analysis:

Understanding client needs and recommending suitable life insurance products that align with their financial goals and lifestyle.

Policy Explanation & Customization:

Clearly explaining policy features, benefits, and terms, and customizing plans to fit individual or group needs.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing existing customers to encourage loyalty and upsell opportunities.

New Business Acquisition:

Acquiring new customers and contributing to overall business growth.

Market Engagement:

Keeping up-to-date with market developments and participating in customer-focused events to build relationships.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
