The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationship
aspect for SME insurance products for the company.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve sales targets for SME
insurance products.
Create and maintain relationships with customers and partner to ensure
customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of SME insurance products
and services offered by the company.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all sales activities are properly
tracked and reported.
Stay up to-date with industry trends and regulations related to SME
insurance.

Qualification and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and other relevant degree.
Have past experience working on similar profile
Key Skills:
o Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance
industry.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation
skills, ability to work independently, and good organizational skills.
o Knowledge of the health insurance industry and products, understanding of
regulatory requirements, and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
