Key Responsibilities: -
Work closely with the Manager's to execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and leads.
Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with the team to provide valuable insights and support.
Stay informed about market trends and real estate developments to offer informed advice to clients
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
