Relationship Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth and delivering exceptional service. The Relationship Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients,.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Identifying new business opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised services and products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product , market developments competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field. Experience of minimum 3 year as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively. Problem -solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
