xc2xb7 Achieve the set business targets on ANP and case count
xc2xb7 Acquire New Customer through following: Leads
Natural market References Orphan base
xc2xb7 Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need
analysis and explain products
xc2xb7 Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model.
xc2xb7 Up- sell & Cross Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated.
xc2xb7 Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc.
xc2xb7 Render prompt post sales service to all allocated customers with respect to all domains
xc2xb7 Adhere to the customer touch-point engagement in order to service his portfolio of customers.
xc2xb7 Maintaining the desired persistency ratio
xc2xb7 Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business nos.
xc2xb7 Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required
xc2xb7 To develop and implement short term and long term
plans to achieve sales targets
xc2xb7 Adhere to Activity management framework advised
xc2xb7 Follow up on their database / leads provided by Lead Management System (Orphan/ New Prospects.
Customer orientation & reporting/ (MIS)
xc2xb7 Update the LMS (Lead management System) on a daily basis.
xc2xb7 Adhering to the Training Road map.
xc2xb7 Providing timely reports to the Supervisor / Area manager as per the requirement.
xc2xb7 Ensuring compliance to internal sales process
xc2xb7 Should be process & product champion to ensure adherence to TALIC policies and procedures.
xc2xb7 Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process
changes.
