Job Description


- The main point of contact for customer needs, service evaluations, and credit risk concerns at the CEO, Finance Director, and Treasurer levels of corporate controlling offices.

- Offers suggestions and discusses potential short- and medium- and long-term financial structures for businesses.

- Increase the profitability of the team\'s portfolio by locating possible new and current customers, as well as sales possibilities and initiatives for the promotion of new products.

- Quality and control of the portfolio through the use of available triggers and compliance with rules and regulations for risk management.

- Create goals and plans for business development in response to shifting market demands.

- Create client action plans, a prioritised target list, and structured client calling plans.

- Use the new relationship development methods to keep an eye on the team\'s conformity.

- Keep track of customer survey results in relation to desired service quality benchmarks.
