Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and concerns
Understand client goals and recommend appropriate products or services
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
Prepare reports, account reviews, and performance updates
Meet or exceed client retention and revenue targets
Eligibility & Experience
Experience in
