Role Overview
As a
Relationship Manager
, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by building and maintaining client relationships, meeting monthly targets, and ensuring high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve
monthly business targets
(e.g., loan disbursement, lead conversion, or new customer acquisition).
Handle customer queries, explain financial products, and convert leads into successful closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and financial institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure pipeline consistency.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Credit, and Product) to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Stay updated with fintech trends, market movements, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience
in
sales / relationship management
in
banking, NBFC, or fintech
sectors.
Proven track record of achieving
sales or loan targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Deep understanding of financial products and customer behavior.
