Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Engage in B2B sales activities to drive revenue growth, including warm calling potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new business. Utilize Salesforce for tracking client interactions, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Skills



Proven experience in negotiation and business development within a technology sales environment. Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and analysis. Excellent leadership abilities to guide teams towards achieving common goals. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience in warm calling techniques to build rapport with potential clients quickly. A solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies.
