Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, driving car sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers or inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
2. Lead Management
Follow up on leads from online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers in the CRM system
.
