Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients to foster long-term relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to resolving issues.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
