Product Expertise:
Acting as a consultant by providing deep technical knowledge on vehicle specifications, safety features, and technology (e.g., ADAS, EV charging, infotainment).
Financial Advisory:
Explaining financing options, insurance packages, and trade-in valuations to provide a "one-stop-shop" experience.
Target Achievement:
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales volume and gross profit targets.
2. Relationship & Experience Management
Personalized Consultations:
Conducting "needs-based" selling--understanding a customer's lifestyle (e.g., family size, daily commute) to recommend the right model.
Test Drive Management:
Organizing and conducting professional test drives that highlight the car's unique selling points.
Customer Retention:
Maintaining a database (CRM) to send personalized follow-ups for birthdays, service reminders, or "loyalty" upgrades when a new model launches.
Conflict Resolution:
Handling customer grievances or delays in delivery with empathy to ensure the
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
remains high.
3. Operations & Coordination
Delivery Excellence:
Overseeing the "Delivery Ceremony" to ensure the car is in pristine condition and the customer feels celebrated.
Inter-departmental Liaison:
Working with the
Service Department
(for pre-delivery inspections) and the
Finance/Accounts Team
(for loan approvals and registration).
Inventory Control:
Monitoring stock levels to know which models are available for immediate delivery and which have long wait times.
