About the role
We are hiring an ARDH to manage and grow life insurance distribution across both bank and agent channels. This is a field-facing relationship & sales role that requires hands-on experience in life insurance distribution, strong channel management skills, and the ability to mentor/coordinate with agents and bank partners.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow insurance business through bank channel and agent channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch partners, agency teams and channel stakeholders.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and cross-sell targets for life insurance products.
Coach, guide and monitor agency staff / channel sales teams to drive productivity and compliance.
Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and product drives with partners.
Track pipeline, prepare reports and share performance updates with senior management.
Ensure adherence to regulatory & company processes (KYC, documentation, SOPs).
Candidate profile / requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduation.
Experience: 1-4 years in life insurance sales / channel management (bank and/or agency channel preferred).
Languages: English and Kannada (important).
Age preference: Up to 38 years (as per role requirement).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field travel and offline partner meetings.
Result-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
