Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager (RM) for Mid/Large Corporate acquisition will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-sized/Large corporate clients. This role requires a dynamic professional who can understand client needs, provide financial solutions, and deliver excellent service to foster long-term relationships. The RM will be instrumental in driving business growth and profitability through effective client relationship management and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients.
- Understand clients' business needs, industry dynamics, and financial requirements to provide tailored banking solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their Working Capital needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Business Development:
- Channel partners/DSA/Corporate DSA Empanelment in region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mid corporate /Large segment to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the Financiers(Banks and NBFC) teams to develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
