The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with channel partners and business clients, ensuring smooth sales operations, and driving revenue growth through strategic communication and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key B2B clients.
Execute channel sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular client visits to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.
Ensure seamless communication between clients and the organization to maintain long-term partnerships.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize channel strategies and pricing models.
Support marketing campaigns and product launches at the distributor or retailer level.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or client management within the FMCG industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s).
Proven ability to manage client expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution models and sales processes.
Ability to travel frequently for client and channel partner visits.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
