Job Summary
We are seeking a Relationship Manager with 3-5 years of experience to manage and grow relationships within the B2C segment, focusing on student and employee purchase programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer needs, especially in institutional and corporate environments, and will work closely with clients to provide tailored purchasing solutions. This candidate will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, customer satisfaction, and program adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Oversee the execution and success of student and employee purchase programs, ensuring clients understand the value of the offerings.
Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with program administrators (e.g., university or HR representatives) and key stakeholders within the education and corporate sectors.
Onboarding & Support: Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring smooth program setup and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Sales Targets: Drive growth by meeting sales and engagement targets through the expansion of the purchase programs across educational institutions and corporations.
Customer Education: Work with the marketing and sales teams to create awareness and drive adoption of the programs, providing ongoing education and communication to end-users (students and employees).
Issue Resolution: Act as a key point of contact to resolve any operational, product, service-related issues that may arise.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure product offerings are aligned with market trends and customer expectations.
Client Feedback: Regularly gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Skills/Competencies required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both corporate and individual consumers.
Experience with B2C sales and relationship management, particularly in education or corporate purchase programs is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive program adoption and meet sales targets.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address client concerns quickly and effectively.
Knowledge of CRM software and experience in managing client data.
Proficiency in understanding digital platforms for purchase program.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, B2C sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing programs targeting students or employees, preferably in technology or consumer goods.
Experience with e-commerce or purchase programs is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience in managing large-scale purchase programs across educational institutions or corporate clients.
Familiarity with market trends related to student and employee purchasing behavior.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm or 10.00am to 7.00pm
