Relationship Manager (International Clients - No Field Work)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ?70,000 | Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM

We are looking for a dynamic

Relationship Manager

to manage communication with

US & Canada-based clients

. The role involves handling customer orders, sharing quotations/designs, providing updates, and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll also support sales through

upselling, cross-selling, and CRM follow-ups

while contributing to target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships Handle orders, queries, and ensure timely delivery Share designs, quotations & reports with clients Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track leads and interactions Support sales growth through upselling & cross-selling Conduct market research & competitor analysis

Requirements:

2+ years in sales/customer service Excellent English communication (verbal & written) Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software Goal-driven, self-motivated & able to work independently
